During this time, she’s consulted with hundreds of clients to provide advice, develop strategies and create content that’s both engaging and persuasive.
Amy Edwards
Amy joined BidWrite in 2025, bringing six years of bidding experience gained within multiple industries including facilities management, engineering consultancy, Defence and pharmaceutical.
Adarsh Shenoy
Joining BidWrite in 2024, Adarsh brings varied international experience including bid management and digital marketing roles in Bangalore, India and more recently a bid coordination role for a Perth-based management consultancy. Adarsh’s experience is well supported with a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) and an MBA (Marketing and Sales).
Milka Bago
Milka joined BidWrite in 2024, bringing nearly a decade of experience in bid management gained within the Middle East’s energy and facilities management sectors. Starting her career as a bid coordinator, Milka progressed to bid writing – overseeing the entire bid process from initial document analysis through to proposal production.
Adrian Casswell
In 2023 Adrian joined our Perth BidWrite office as a graphic design consultant. With 20 years of design experience gained across corporate, government, and not-for-profit sectors, Adrian’s expertise spans the development of communication materials, branding, corporate graphics, 3D visualization and illustration.
Zoe Simpson
Zoe joined our Melbourne office in January 2022, bringing a decade of writing experience in various formats, both professional and creative. Immediately prior to joining BidWrite, Zoe was bid writer for a national waste management company.
