APMP ANZ Chapter Emerging Professional Award
The APMP ANZ Chapter Awards recognise the achievements of chapter members in their careers and their wider contribution to the proposal industry. These awards were presented at the recent APMP ANZ Conference held in Brisbane. The Emerging Professional Award category celebrates individuals new to the proposal profession (less than 3 years) who have made a significant impact during the eligibility period.
The team at BidWrite submitted a nomination for our colleague – Bid Consultant Paige Duffy (CF APMP), to acknowledge the substantial contributions she has made at such an early stage in her bidding career.
An excerpt from Paige’s nomination:

Naturally, our team was delighted to see Paige win the Emerging Professional Award at the conference gala and awards dinner.
Since joining BidWrite in 2022, Paige has brought a people-centric approach to bidding and continually helps clients articulate the best of their business. Her development in her role has seen her take on larger, more complex bids (including major ASDEFCON tenders) and deliver remarkable results for her clients.

Impressive wins for one and all
And our award celebrations didn’t stop with Paige. In addition to her win, we also got to raise our glass for BidWrite’s Managing Consultant Mark King (CP APMP). Mark was a member of the bid team that won the Proposal Team or Collaboration Award. This team’s bid was a complex project, spanning multiple businesses, timezones and locations. A hearty congratulations to Mark and the team for their success.
And as a Gold Sponsor of the conference, BidWrite had the honour of presenting the Proposal Industry Contributor Award. BidWrite CEO Nigel Dennis (CPP APMP Fellow) proudly presented this award to Sara Miller. Sara is the Marketing & Business Development Director at Tilleke & Gibbins. Her active and continuous service over 12 years includes six volunteer roles, and her dedication has positively impacted the APMP ANZ Chapter across Australia and Asia.
The gala evening offered plenty of reasons for BidWrite attendees to celebrate. A win for any individual in our team is a wonderful reflection on our business and so becomes a win for us all.
Between award presentations, dinner, drinks, laughs and dancing, the conference gala evening was certainly one to remember. Thank you APMP ANZ for pulling out all the stops to make this such a great evening.
